We're Hiring: SEO Virtual Assistant (Dental Clinics – Long-Term Role for Filipino VA)

We’re a lean, AI-powered SEO agency helping dental clinics in Australia, the US, and Canada increase booked patient calls through visibility, trust, and smart systems.

We’re looking for a Filipino SEO VA who can help us deliver consistent results through Google Business Profile, local visibility tracking, and basic on-page optimisation. If you’re detail-oriented, love checklists, and want to grow with a long-term team, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Optimise Google Business Profiles (titles, categories, photos, hours)
- Submit and manage citations using a list or BrightLocal
- Format and upload blogs (we provide AI draft + prompts)
- Post twice/month on GBP using templates
- Set up and manage review requests (email or SMS templates)
- Create monthly client reports (using SOP, GSC, screenshots)
- Update client outcome trackers (rankings, calls, reviews)
- Follow clear SOPs and submit all tasks on time

What You’ll Need:
- Based in the Philippines
- Strong English (especially writing/reporting)
- Reliable and responsive (no ghosting)
- Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail
- Can follow SOPs, meet deadlines, and log tasks
- Bonus: Experience with WordPress, BrightLocal, or working with dental clients

Pay Structure:
We don’t pay by the hour, we pay per client based on outcomes. Example:

$100 AUD one-time for starter package clients
$250 AUD/month for ongoing clients
$350 AUD/month for premium clients

We scale your pay as our client count grows.

How We Work:
- We use Trello, Google Drive, and Slack
- You’ll get SOPs, examples, and checklists for each task
- You’ll track and submit deliverables weekly
