We’re an oceanfront boutique hotel currently undergoing an exciting major renovation. Nestled by the shore, our property offers a laid-back yet stylish vibe that captures the essence of the Southern California lifestyle.
Position Overview:
As our Virtual Front Desk Representative, you’ll be a vital part of delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting our operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer guest calls and respond to inquiries
Manage virtual check-ins and check-outs
Perform administrative tasks, including SOP and flowchart creation
Update CRM and guest records
Schedule
Communicate with internal teams via messaging platforms
Assist with procurement and vendor coordination
Qualifications:
Fluent in English (American accent preferred)
Previous front desk or hotel management experience at a major brand
Positive demeanor, even with difficult customers
Skilled in handling guest issues to avoid negative reviews
Detail-oriented (please include a photo of a Black Cadillac in your application to demonstrate attention to detail)
Willing to assist with team-building and process improvement
Basic sales and negotiation skills for room bookings
