Virtual Assistant – Recruitment Specialist (Project-Based)

???? About Us:
The Noir Sister Circle is a growing social and support community for Black women across the U.S. We host events, workshops, and safe spaces for connection, healing, and empowerment. We’re a small but mighty volunteer-led team and we’re looking for a reliable VA who can support us in finding the right women to join our leadership and membership ranks!

???? Role Overview:
As our Recruitment VA, you'll be responsible for helping us build strong applicant pipelines and manage the recruitment process with care, clarity, and structure.

? Key Responsibilities:

Look for potential members in FB groups, and different social media platforms
Review candidate applications
Coordinate interviews, orientation and follow-ups
Create and update applicant tracking spreadsheets
Research talent pools that align with our mission and audience
Draft outreach messages to passive candidates

? What We’re Looking For

* Prior experience in recruitment/HR or VA role with recruitment tasks
* Highly organized and responsive
* Great written English and attention to detail
* Ability to follow instructions and timelines
* A kind and warm communicator—you're professional and personable
* Bonus: Experience working with nonprofits or women-centered organizations
