We’re a fast-growing real estate investment company based in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX, looking for a talented and experienced virtual Meta Ads Manager to lead our
Our primary goal is to generate motivated home seller leads from distressed situations (inherited homes, foreclosure, landlord fatigue, code violations, etc.).
Responsibilities:
Develop, launch, and manage high-performing Meta ad campaigns targeting motivated sellers
Conduct audience research and implement custom/lookalike targeting strategies
Create and test static and video ad creatives with compelling headlines and calls to action
Script and coordinate video ad production for reels, stories, and feeds (with tools like Canva or CapCut)
A/B test copy, creatives, and formats to improve CPL and conversion rates
Monitor and optimize ad spend, performance metrics, and lead quality
Report weekly on KPIs, campaign learnings, and optimization roadmap
Ensure full Meta policy compliance (especially for real estate ads)
Requirements:
3+ years of proven Meta ads experience
Clear track record of lowering CPL and increasing lead quality for "We Buy Houses" services
Portfolio of ads (static + video) that generated real results in distressed seller niches
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and retargeting techniques
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Bonus: Experience with FreedomSoft, GoHighLevel, Zapier, or Google Sheets automations

Compensation:
Starting range: $1,000–$1,250/month based on experience and results
