About Us

We help high-ticket coaching brands (Fitness, Crypto, Dating, etc.) scale from $10K–$50K/month to $100K/month using high-converting funnels, backend automation, and sales systems, all done-for-you.

We work with top-tier creators and info coaches who are stuck doing everything themselves and we give them the infrastructure to grow without burning out.


What You’ll Do

Your exact responsibilities will depend on your strengths, but you should be comfortable leading tasks across front-end funnel builds and backend systems. Tasks include:

Building acquisition funnels (ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel)

Creating or editing landing page copy, graphics, and structure

Evaluating weekly performance data (conversion rates, show-up rates, etc.)

Setting up automation flows in Zapier or N8N

Updating CRM and backend systems in GoHighLevel

Supporting campaign launches: emails, automations, forms, calendar links

Helping with Facebook Ads setup, basic creative, and tracking

About You

You understand what makes a high-converting funnel (or want to learn fast).

You enjoy working autonomously, but still communicate clearly.

You’re proactive: if something is unclear, you ask.

You care about performance not just ticking boxes.



Availability

We’re open to both part-time or full-time.
We’re flexible on hours, but you must meet deadlines and communicate actively.


What Success Looks Like (30–60 Days)

You understand all current client projects + SOPs.

You’re helping us build and document systems so we can grow the team.

You’re starting to spot data trends and suggest improvements.



How We Communicate

We use Discord for team updates and task management.
You’ll send weekly check-ins and help us prep for client reports.
You must be able to speak and write in English (basic fluency is fine).
