We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer who’s passionate about building clean, intuitive interfaces and has a strong attention to detail. Our platform empowers HR teams to deliver accessible, inclusive content at scale — and your role is to ensure that experience is fast, elegant, and user-friendly.

This is a full-time role with long-term potential for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As our second developer, you’ll collaborate closely with the CTO, CEO, and Product Designer to:
* Build and refine front-end interfaces using Vue 3 / Nuxt 3
* Translate high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, accessible user experiences
* Contribute to product planning and turn rough concepts into polished features
* Optimize for speed, accessibility, and responsiveness
* Integrate with third-party services (e.g., video platforms, LMS tools, AI APIs)

Our Tech Stack:
* Frontend: Vue 3, Nuxt 3, TailwindCSS
* Backend: Laravel (PHP), Python, Typescript
* Infra: AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, SQS)
* Tools: Git, GitHub, Slack, Figma, Google workspace
* 3rd-party services: Stripe, Pusher, AWS Transcribe, OpenAI

What We’re Looking For:
* Solid experience building front-end applications with Vue/Nuxt
* Great eye for detail and appreciation for good design and UX
* Familiarity working with design systems and component libraries
* Comfortable working autonomously in a remote team
* Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)

Work Setup & Availability
* Full-time role with flexible hours
* Daily check-ins with CTO and/or CEO (between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM GMT / 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT)
* Remote-first team — work from anywhere (current team spans Iceland, USA, Spain, and the Philippines)
* You’ll have a direct impact on both the product and company direction
