Content Creator – Daily Video Production (Remote)

We’re looking for a creative, resourceful, and driven content creator to help bring the LIT Hot Sauce brand to life through video.

As the founder-led hot sauce brand grows, we need a creative partner to help produce fun, engaging videos that capture everything from behind-the-scenes lifestyle ---------- nts to hot sauce recipe tutorials and brand storytelling.

???? What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate directly with the founder (Chef Jason) to film and edit 1–3 short-form videos daily
• Capture lifestyle content (kitchen, travel, daily vlogs)
• Assist in creating recipe/tutorial content for social (TikTok, IG Reels, YT Shorts)
• Cut and optimize videos for each platform
• Contribute creative ideas to help grow the brand’s storytelling

???? Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in video editing and short-form content (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Has a strong sense of story, humor, and timing
• Reliable and fast turnaround
• Excited about working closely with a founder and helping build a brand from the ground up
• Bonus: Familiarity with food, culinary, or lifestyle content

• Fully remote
• Flexible schedule, but consistent daily output is expected
• Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time
• Pay is competitive and based on experience
