Remote Sales & Customer Engagement Assistant (Subscription Platform)

We are a growing digital media agency seeking remote assistants to help us manage customer engagement and support on our subscription-based platforms.

This position is remote, and your main role will be to build relationships with clients via messaging tools, support them in their journey, and offer them additional services or upgrades as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Providing friendly and engaging support through written chat
Offering upsells and promotions based on guidelines
Maintaining logs and summaries of client interactions


What we’re looking for:
Excellent written English
A strong sense of empathy and attention to detail
Ability to follow scripts and workflows while being proactive
Sales or customer support experience is a plus
