real estate property manager (short-term and long-term)

We are looking for someone who is going to show up everyday and is willing to learn. The person must have a good personality. The person, although willing to learn should be ready to add value to the company. Once you have learned our process you should be willing to add value by making suggests to improve things. We currently have 3 short-term rentals on (Airbnb, Vrbo & ---------- ), plus about 25 long term rentals. We deal with many tenants and contractors that speak Spanish as their primary language and very little English. So, being able to speak Spanish is highly helpful but not necessary. Communication with the Spanish speakers can be done via a translation app. Need to use 20 points to apply
