Job Description:
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to redesign and optimize our website. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of visual design, UX best practices, and experience collaborating with marketing and development teams. You will work closely with leadership to create a professional, high-converting, mobile-friendly website that speaks to our target audience: mortgage loan officers and credit-conscious consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Redesign our company website to improve brand appeal and user experience
Collaborate with our content and marketing teams to maintain messaging consistency
Optimize layout and design for desktop and mobile responsiveness
Ensure fast loading times and SEO-friendly structure
Implement improvements to contact forms, testimonial sliders, appointment booking, and payment portals
Provide design mockups, prototypes, and revisions based on feedback
Use stock images and existing content creatively and effectively
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio
Experience with platforms like Webit,WordPress, Webflow, or custom front-end frameworks
Familiarity with user journey mapping and conversion optimization
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
Nice to Have:

Experience working with financial brands or service-based businesses
Knowledge of accessibility and ADA compliance in design
Light animation or motion design skills
