Litigation Assistant – Virtual Assistant

At Idiart Law Group, we’re a mission-driven U.S.-based personal injury firm with a growing international team, including 17 amazing Filipino VAs. We’re looking to add a skilled Virtual Litigation Assistant to support our litigation paralegals and attorneys. You’ll play an essential role in helping clients receive justice and support during difficult times.

Position Overview:

This full-time remote role supports our litigation team by organizing case documents, summarizing medical records, and drafting discovery. You’ll work closely with paralegals and attorneys to keep cases moving forward. Experience in personal injury litigation and attention to detail are essential.


Job Description:

- Support our paralegals and attorneys within the litigation team
- Complete medical records and medical expense summaries
- Conduct lien research to aid in finalzing a case
- Draft discoveries and ensure all documentation is collected

Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in personal injury litigation and discovery
- Experience collecting and summarizing medical records
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management software
