Real Estate Acquisitions & Deal Analysis VA (Part-Time ? Full-Time)

We're looking for a detail-driven, analytical Virtual Assistant to help us source, analyze, and manage real estate investment opportunities across Florida. If you're sharp with spreadsheets, confident navigating MLS and wholesaler deals, and love real estate — this could be a powerful opportunity for long-term growth.

Role Overview

You’ll work directly with our acquisitions team to:
Search, review, and analyze deals from MLS, realtors, wholesalers, and marketing leads
Keep an organized queue of top investment opportunities
Build simple, clear deal spreadsheets with comps, rehab estimates, and projected ROI
Help manage our wholesaler relationships and follow-up cadence
Assist with *marketing campaigns (text, email, drip automation) to generate more deal flow
Support creation of pitch packets & deal briefs once a property is selected
Coordinate with our field team for walk-throughs and construction estimates

Ideal Candidate Has:

Experience analyzing residential real estate deals (ARV, rehab, ROI)
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (can build deal calculators & comparisons)
Familiarity with tools like PropStream, Zillow, MLS, Privy, or BatchLeads
Excellent written English & communication skills
Organized, proactive, and self-managing
Willingness to learn and take initiative

Bonus (but not required):

Experience working with a real estate investor or wholesaler
Knowledge of Florida real estate markets
Experience managing CRM, follow-up systems, or lead gen platforms
Familiarity with Canva, Google Slides, or similar tools to build pitch decks

Position Details

Part-time (15–20 hrs/week to start), with potential to grow into a full-time role
Fully remote
