Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, directing callers to the appropriate departments or resources.
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, surveys, and general inquiries.
Maintain accurate call records, messages, and call logs in the company CRM or database.
Provide clear, concise information about our products, services, policies, and procedures.
Handle caller concerns and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure follow-through.
Adhere to company guidelines for telephone etiquette, branding, and confidentiality.

Perfect American English accent with impeccable pronunciation, clarity, and enunciation.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a courteous phone manner.
Proficiency with telephone systems, call-routing software, and basic CRM tools.
