Job Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to execute our outreach strategy to content creators across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email. You'll be implementing our proven outreach systems using personalized Loom videos and managing follow-ups to connect with potential clients. Your role is crucial in helping us find content creators who are ready to monetize their audience through Skool communities.

Responsibilities
List Building of Content Creators on Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn.
Execute our Instagram DM outreach strategy using our proven closing scripts
Identify and connect with content creators who have 10,000+ followers on Instagram or YouTube
Create personalized outreach messages based on our templates and the creator's specific content
Send cold emails with personalized Loom video introductions created by our team
Manage LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up sequences
Track all communications in our CRM system
Qualify potential clients based on our criteria (audience size, niche, engagement)
Schedule discovery calls with qualified prospects
Provide weekly reports on outreach metrics and results

Requirements
Experience with social media outreach (Instagram DM experience essential)
Excellent written communication skills in English
Ability to personalize outreach while maintaining our brand voice
Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Understanding of content creator ecosystems and online communities
Experience with CRM systems and outreach tracking
Comfortable using Loom or similar video messaging tools
Knowledge of Skool or similar community platforms (preferred)

Hours and Availability

20-30 hours per week
Flexibility to check messages and respond during key engagement times
