Manger and lead generation team wanted

We are a UK based financial investment company and we are looking for a manger that has their own team of around 3-6 people. Or if they don't have a team they can advertise and employ themselves.

In an ideal world you will have the space to accommodate the staff.

You will be calling the UK between the hours of 11.00-19.00 Monday to Friday.

You will be paid a basic wage with a commission on top.

You will be required to survey a client in the UK on a financial investment survey, all the survey must be completed and clear with the questions and answers as these are forwarded to our sales team. The survey is not that long but does have some qualifying questions on there.

You must be motivated, hungry to make money have excellent grammar and enjoy running a cold calling team and picking up the phone as well. Each employee will be required to get 5-10 leads generated per day. You will be bonus-ed on this as will they.

One employee working 20 days per month = 10 leads per day.

Basic for a manger is £250.00 per month

For each qualified lead you will receive £0.50p this will increase to £1.00 per survey if targets are meet by each surveyor i.e. 10 per day for 20 working days = 200 leads for the working month,

If you have 4 lead generators that you will make a further £200.00 per person x 4=£800.00 per month with the basic that is £1050.00 per month. If you generate leads as well then you would be paid on them as well.

For the lead generators they are paid in the following way.
Basic £75.00pm £1.00 for every lead they generate, if they hit the target of 200 per month then they get £1.25 for every lead generated instead of the £1.00.

For every client that signs up with a sales agent you will receive £10.00 bonus, at present we are signing up round 25-50 per month, it depends on the quality of the leads that you send over to us.

Please make sure you read the above and only apply if you can fore-fill the role. A dailer service will be provided as well as all lead data to call. All calls will be recorded and you will put them into a CRM system, that only you the manager has access to.
