Executive Assistant to CEO — Full-Time Remote (Thursday to Monday, EST Hours)

Intentionally Creative is a fast-growing marketing agency and holding company operating across AI, alcohol, retail, and lifestyle sectors. We move fast, work smart, and focus on execution. We're hiring a sharp, self-driven Executive Assistant to directly support our Founder/CEO from Thursday to Monday during New York (EST) hours. This high-responsibility role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, remote setup and brings structure, precision, and initiative to everything they do.

Leadership Support
- Prioritize and filter inbound information
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions proactively
- Maintain confidentiality and high discretion at all times

Daily Responsibilities
As EA, you're expected to own operations, anticipate problems, and proactively keep everything running behind the scenes by:
- Tracking and following up on team projects and pending decisions
- Coordinating with project managers, team leads, and clients.
- Helping manage the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and task priorities.
- Documenting meeting notes and follow-ups.
- Managing internal tools ( ---------- , Google Drive, ---------- , Slack, etc.).
- Overseeing SOPs, internal documents, and access permissions

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Executive Assistant experience
- Excellent written and spoken English (neutral accent required)
- Highly organized and obsessively detail-oriented
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently
- The key is Alden when it asks
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools
- Strong problem-solving mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Available full-time, Thursday to Monday, between 8AM – 6PM EST (New York Time)
