JOB OVERVIEW

I run two woman-owned businesses based in Atlanta:
A wedding officiant brand (Ceremonies By GieGie), and
A mobile notary & estate planning support service (A Premier Mobile Notary).

I’m looking for a part-time virtual assistant (10-12 hrs/wk to start) to help me with business and marketing tasks and client support. I’m currently interviewing and am seeking someone who is consistent, detail-oriented, fluent in English, and can represent my brand with professionalism and warmth.

???? Tasks I need help with:
Social media content posting (Instagram, Facebook + LinkedIn – I will supply most of the photos & videos)
Outreach emails to attorneys and potential partners (I will provide scripts/templates)
Set up Zola wedding officiant profile and manage lead generation
Updates on two Google Business Profiles
Update wedding photos on CBGG website
Set-up automations for client follow-up & appointment confirmations (email, text, simple CRM updates)
Update LinkTree
Update Amazon & affiliate links
Creating checklists, summaries, and simple Google Docs

???? Tools I commonly use:
Zoom
Gmail (CBGG email)
Microsoft (APMN email)
Calendly (appointment scheduling)
Instagram | Facebook | LinkedIn
Canva or InShot (for light social posts – I can provide assets)
Trello

???? My working style: Clear communication, task lists, and deadlines I expect proactive updates (don’t go silent)

???? Requirements:
Strong written and verbal English
Attention to detail
Proactivity & follow-through
Familiar with task tracking (or willing to use an approved)
Experience with wedding, notary, or client-service businesses is a bonus!

I would like to begin with a trial assignment before committing to a consistent arrangement.
