???? What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll serve as the owner’s right hand in making sure our systems (especially Proline CRM) are clean, accurate, and fully utilized.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Proline CRM with full accuracy

Track each project through its full lifecycle: lead ? estimate ? contract ? job ? warranty

Ensure all customer data, notes, tags, and stages are properly recorded and updated

Push tasks, leads, jobs, and documents forward through the pipeline

Coordinate calendar events, follow-ups, and production schedules

Organize files, reports, invoices, photos, and contracts for internal clarity

Assist in refining workflows, identifying missed steps, and supporting process improvements

Provide weekly operational reporting and task accountability tracking

???? Ideal Candidate Profile
Executive assistant mindset — proactive, detail-oriented, sharp communicator

Highly organized and naturally systems-driven

Speaks and writes fluent, clear English

Comfortable navigating CRMs, spreadsheets, and workflow systems

Knows (or can quickly learn) Proline, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools

Bonus: Familiarity with roofing, construction, or field service management

Bonus: Understands automations or integrations (Zapier, Make, or native CRM flows)
