Full-Time Web Developer (HTML/CSS/JS, WordPress Knowledge Required)

--About the Role
We’re hiring a full-time developer to build and maintain fast, modern websites using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You’ll work inside our CodeStitch subscription to assemble mobile-optimized, high-performance websites for small businesses.

Some clients will need sites built from scratch. Others will have WordPress sites that must be migrated to custom code, so you must understand how WordPress works and how to extract and convert its structure and content into static HTML/CSS.

All websites will be custom-coded (no WordPress themes, builders, or CMS installations).

--Responsibilities
Build custom-coded 5–7 page websites using HTML/CSS/JS and CodeStitch components
Migrate WordPress websites into static HTML/CSS builds
Ensure every site achieves 100/100 Google PageSpeed scores on both desktop and mobile
Monitor and respond to website support tickets submitted by clients via email
Make requested website updates and follow up with the client once resolved
Ensure mobile responsiveness and clean, accessible code for every build
Handle light JavaScript, form integrations, or layout changes when needed

--Required Skills
Advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Working knowledge of WordPress (for content migration only)
Experience with Netlify (or similar static hosting platforms)
Experience using CodeStitch or similar component libraries
Strong written and spoken English
Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive

--Bonus Skills (Not Required)
Familiarity with SEO basics
Light design skills (Canva, Figma, or Photoshop)
Experience with Netlify Forms, Zapier, or automations
