Order Processing in Shopify:
- Efficiently process orders for both VIP and ordinary customers within Shopify.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
Customer Guidance and Support:
- Utilize customer feedback and knowledge of coffee to provide guidance and recommendations to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through SMS and email
Issue Resolution:
- Address customer issues and concerns by following predefined workflows to provide effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while resolving customer complaints.
Website Updates:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to update key information on the website related to new product launches.
- Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurately reflected on the website.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work US business hours: 8-hour shift between 7am and 8pm eastern standard time.
- Strong English Communication Skills (4+): Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers through written channels.
- Experience with Shopify: Proficiency in using Shopify for order processing and management.
- Knowledge of Kustomer (Optional): Familiarity with Kustomer platform is a plus, but not required.
- 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a similar role.
- College Degree: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Passion for Coffee and Customer Preferences: Genuine interest in learning about coffee varieties, brewing methods, and customer preferences.
