We are a fast-growing commercial cleaning company looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Virtual Assistant to help us generate leads, make cold calls, and secure appointments with potential commercial clients (property managers, office buildings, retail locations, etc.).
The ideal candidate is organized, confident on the phone, understands B2B sales, and is eager to help us grow our client base. This is a performance-based role with long-term potential and bonuses for results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to build lead lists of potential commercial clients
• Cold call prospects to introduce our cleaning services and set appointments
• Send follow-up
• Respond to inquiries and schedule calls/meetings with the sales team
• Assist with outbound marketing tasks (LinkedIn,
• Track leads and appointments daily, and provide reports on progress
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales support
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and handling objections
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and basic

Flexible hours — must be available to make calls during U.S. business hours (Eastern or Central Time)
