Maintain detailed records of all applications in a shared Google Sheet
Monitor application email account for responses and immediately flag interviews or recruiter communications
Provide weekly summaries of application activity and status updates

Requirements

Strong English writing and communication skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Reliable internet connection and computer
Experience with major job boards and application processes
Basic understanding of software development terminology and roles
Available to work 5-10 hours per week consistently
Professional and prompt communication

Compensation

Pay: $0.50-$1.00 per completed quality application (depending on complexity)
