We are seeking a highly skilled Linux Administrator with deep expertise in clustering, Kubernetes or Coolify-style orchestration, and advanced mail server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing distributed systems, including Cassandra, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and S3-compatible storage.
Key Responsibilities
Linux Server Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux systems including Ubuntu, CentOS, and Debian in production environments.
Cluster and Container Orchestration: Manage and optimize Docker-based deployments. Experience with Kubernetes, K3s, or Coolify-style orchestration platforms is required.
Mail Server Infrastructure: Administer and troubleshoot high-volume mail servers such as Postfix, Dovecot, and Exim. Handle custom SMTP, IMAP, spam filtering, and deliverability optimization.
Cloud Storage Integration: Connect and manage S3-compatible services like IDrive e2, Hetzner Storage Box, and Amazon S3 within server environments.
Nextcloud Administration: Configure and scale Nextcloud with external storage integration, user control, and system hardening.
Security and Hardening: Implement firewall rules, TLS/SSL, and server security best practices across systems, storage, and
Backups and Disaster Recovery: Design and manage backup routines for both local and remote storage to ensure redundancy and fast recovery.
Monitoring and Performance Tuning: Utilize tools like Netdata, Prometheus, or custom scripts to monitor health and performance across services.
Automation and Infrastructure as Code: Automate system tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Bash scripting. Maintain clean and scalable server configurations.
Documentation: Write clear and structured documentation for all systems, configurations, and custom procedures.
Requirements
Extensive experience with Linux administration across multiple distributions.
Advanced knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose in production environments.
Proven experience with managing and scaling mail systems (Postfix, Dovecot, Exim).
Familiarity with Cassandra, MySQL, and PostgreSQL in clustered or replicated setups.
Experience with S3-compatible object storage (IDrive e2, AWS S3, etc.).
Knowledge of Nextcloud setup and integration with external volumes.
Proficiency in securing Linux servers and network services.
Solid background in troubleshooting resource issues and optimizing server performance.
Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent.

Experience with transactional

Understanding of DNS configuration for mail systems (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
