### ? Working Style
- You’re comfortable with a 5**-day workweek**
- **You can work in line with my UK hours (11am - 10pm)**. As this is initially a part-time role, you won't need to work all these hours—**you just need to be available during this timeframe**. The working hours will expand as you progress, with potential to transition into a full-time position if you're successful. I'm looking for someone to become my right-hand person, working within my schedule.
- We'll have a weekly call to plan tasks for the coming week. During these sessions, we'll timeblock activities in the calendar to ensure we're always focused on the highest leverage work at any given moment.
