We're Hiring: QuickBooks Bookkeeper (Short-Term Project + Ongoing Opportunity)

Are you a meticulous and experienced QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper with a knack for untangling messy finances? We’re a growing marketing company looking for someone just like you to help us clean up our books, reconcile Stripe transactions, and deliver clear financial reports.

What You'll Do:
- Clean up and categorize ~3,300 transactions in QuickBooks Online and Stripe
- Accurately reconcile Stripe payouts, fees, and bank transfers
- Identify and correct account-to-account transfers
- Prevent Stripe transfers from being double-counted as income
- Reconcile bank and debit card statements
- Generate Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports (past 4 years)
- Summarize work in a simple written or Loom video report

Project Details:
- Timeline: 7-day turnaround
- Type: One-time cleanup project, with potential for ongoing monthly work
- Ongoing Role (Optional): Manage monthly reconciliations, P&L reports, expense tracking, and tax prep support for multiple revenue streams (SaaS, agency, education)

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven strong experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Stripe reconciliation and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation:
TBD: Fixed or hourly rate for cleanup + optional retainer for ongoing support
