Beyond the Maze, an Australian-based business, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist to support our growing operations remotely.
This role will support two businesses: Beyond the Maze, which is a virtual assistant and online business management service, and Growth Monster, a digital marketing and lead generation service. You will be joining the Beyond the Maze team.
This role requires strong skills in marketing automation using Go High Level, CRM management, campaign creation, funnel building, lead generation, and digital media management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage
- Build and optimise funnels, landing pages, and websites.
- Set up and manage AI-driven chatbots, workflow automation, and CRM integrations.
- Lead the development of lead magnets and marketing content, including basic graphic design and video editing.
- Manage social media content and engagement across platforms.
- Execute and manage Meta Ads and Google PPC campaigns.
- Monitor, track, and optimise campaign performance through analytics.
- Manage technical tasks such as
- Support customer service through technical and marketing-related queries.
- Manage and improve the company's Google Reviews presence.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience using Go High Level for CRM, funnels, and automation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in basic graphic design and video editing for marketing purposes.
- Knowledge of CRM integrations and workflow automation.
- Ability to analyse data and optimise marketing strategies.
- Experience managing Meta Ads
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Copywriting for landing pages and
- Experience setting up nurture sequences.
- Web and lead research capabilities.
