Personal and Commercial Insurance Quoting Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote
Location: US-based Support or US-Aligned Time Zones
Compensation: Base Salary + Performance-Based Bonuses

Quoting Specialist Roles — We’re Hiring for 3 Levels:
Quoting Specialist I – Entry-Level / Basic Quoting (1–2 years experience)
Salary Range: $600–$700/month (includes KPI-based bonuses)
Responsibilities:
- Quoting directly using carrier websites
- Completing ACORD forms (125, 126, 140, 80, 84)
- Following up with carriers and MGAs
- Submitting applications and tracking status
- Prepare and coordinating related documents such as docusign

Quoting Specialist II – Advanced Quoting (3–5 years experience)
Salary Range: $700–$1,000/month (includes base + performance-based bonus)
Responsibilities:
- All tasks from Level I
- Completing supplemental carrier forms
- Requesting/reviewing loss runs
- Chasing client documents and preparing complete files
- Quoting for more complex risks

Quoting Specialist III – Full-Cycle Quoting & Handoff (5+ years experience)
Salary Range: $1,000–$1,400/month (includes base + metric-based bonuses)
Responsibilities:
- All tasks from Levels I & II
- Binding quotes and issuing binders
- Data entry into AMS (EZLynx or similar)
- Sending quote welcome emails
- Issuing receipts, COIs, EOPIs, and LPRs
- Final handoff to Account Executives for client servicing

Must-Have Requirements — Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet All
- You agree to a ROWE (Results-Only Work Environment). There’s no time tracking here — but your work output is expected and measured. Your first 1–2 months will evaluate consistency, communication, and follow-through.
- You’re not looking for a stepping stone or side gig. This is a long-term role for professionals who take ownership of their performance.
- You are self-managed, organized, and proactive — you follow SOPs, ask questions when needed, and clearly communicate progress without being chased.
- You are not just an order-taker — you think critically, handle quoting end-to-end, and deliver accurate, timely work with minimal supervision.
- You must provide previous insurance employer names for verification.


Performance-Based Pay Structure
Compensation is determined by your quoting level and actual productivity. After a 2-month evaluation, your compensation will be reviewed and adjusted based on performance, accuracy, and turnaround.
