JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities
Daily
Send orders to warehouse or store for fulfillment 9AM and 12PM
Invoice orders 4:30PM, email customer invoices
Respond to customer emails and team’s support requests 9AM - 5PM
Enter orders and send email confirmations
Enter return authorizations and issue credit memos
Outreach to customers and factor to get approval to ship orders
Outreach to customers to secure CC payment prior to shipping
Collect CC payments
Track inbound production orders in tracker, and send receiving documents and tracking numbers to warehouse

Once a week
Sales reporting
Open order reporting

Once a month
Calculate commission report

As Needed
Setup skus in operating systems (e.g., loading data and images)- Apparel Magic, Shopify, Joor and NuOrder
Solve customer service problems
Research chargebacks from customers
Received product orders and perform 3 way match
Create shipping labels for team (domestic and international)

Skills
Detail oriented and thorough
Self starter and hungry to learn
Problem solver
Advanced excel (pivot tables, vlookup, understands what a CSV file is, knows how to prepare files for import)
Can think ahead as to implications of things being down (anticipates)
Strong written and verbal skills
Experience working with an ERP and knowing how to solve customer service problems (why ordered didn’t ship, what a sku is, etc)
