a. Be sending payroll from the US to Southeast Asia

b. Have 30 to 500 tea ---------- mbers

c. Be using PayPal, Wise, or Payoneer today

What You’ll Do:

You’ll help us identify and connect with agency decision-makers by -

a. Sharing the name of the agency you’ve worked with

b. Sharing how many virtual assistants work at that agency

c. Providing contact details of someone in their leadership or payroll team

d. Making the introduction via WhatsApp or Email

What You’ll Earn:

$15 per qualified introduction
Paid only if the lead is real and matches our criteria
Higher bonuses for larger agencies or if we close the client
Outstanding contributors may be offered a full-time role

When Do We Start?

We can hop on a quick Google Meet today or tomorrow. If you're the right fit, we’ll kick off by May 7.

Who is the ideal candidate :

You’ve worked in recruitment, team management, or operations for VA agencies and know who handles payroll or staffing decisions. You should have at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or team management at virtual assistant agencies.
