???? Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates including RNs, LPNs, HHAs, CNAs, and therapists for home health assignments.
Collaborate with clinical managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Use various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, referrals) to build a strong pipeline.
Conduct interviews, verify credentials, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Coordinate onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain accurate recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support staffing needs in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
? Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of proven recruitment experience in healthcare or home health settings.
Familiarity with credentialing requirements and home health compliance standards.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficient with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
Ability to manage multiple job orders and meet tight deadlines.
