Marketing Automation Specialist

We're on the hunt for a Go High Level wizard (or someone who just really knows their way around a CRM without needing to cast a spell) — someone who can help us untangle and upgrade our current setup.

We work with local service businesses (think attic storage, trades, home improvement — aka the heroes with tool belts), and we want to automate and track everything without losing our minds or leads. This is a part-time, ongoing role with a few hours of work per week and a weekly strategy/training call with me (Ole), where we’ll nerd out on funnels, tracking, and the occasional philosophical debate about Zapier vs native integrations.

You have:

- Deep experience using Go High Level for ads-to-CRM lead funnels (bonus points if you’ve ever debugged a broken pipeline without crying)

- The uncanny ability to build automated follow-ups, calendars, pipelines, and reports that don’t randomly break on weekends

- Experience tying it all together with Meta and Google Ads, because what’s a funnel without 47 tracking sources and 12 types of attribution?

- ManyChat skills so smooth your AI bot might accidentally start giving life advice

- The ability to explain what you’ve built, ideally without using 14 acronyms per sentence

- A proactive, collaborative mindset (you suggest improvements instead of sitting silently in the Google Doc shadows)

Your Responsibilities

Audit and improve our Go High Level setup (current status: functional-ish)

Build smart follow-up sequences like:

“Sorry we missed you”

“Still thinking about that quote?”

“Here’s a cheeky little discount because you ghosted us ????”

Improve lead tracking so we know what ads = actual booked jobs (vs messages from people asking if we build treehouses)

Set up an AI-powered ManyChat funnel to:

Qualify leads on autopilot

Talk to people like a human, not like a 2013 chatbot

Blast promotions without sounding like an MLM recruiter

Hop on a weekly call with me to teach, brainstorm, and laugh at failed automations together
