ABOUT BRISBANE BOXING
We run two busy, music-free boxing gyms (Mt Gravatt & West End, Brisbane). 2025 is our “build year”:
• Launch our first Shopify store (Dawn theme already installed, products not yet live).
• Tighten up lead capture & nurture flows inside GoHighLevel / WellnessLiving.
We’re looking for ONE driven VA to spearhead that build-out, then own day-to-day ops.

ROLE SNAPSHOT
? E-COMMERCE – Finish Dawn theme setup, load products, connect payment/shipping, run test orders, keep inventory up-to-date.
? CRM OPS – Create / refine pipelines, automations & tags in GoHighLevel + cross-check with WellnessLiving.
? Member Support – Reply to email/SMS/social inquiries within 24 h, escalate tricky issues.
? Nice-to-Have) Short-Form Video – Basic CapCut / Canva edits for IG Reels or TikTok.

KEY RESULTS (YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS)

1. Shopify store goes live – all products, policies, payment & tracking verified.
2. 100 % of new leads tagged in both CRMs within 2 hours.
