DM Closer & Support Ops Assistant

Job Title: DM Closer & Support Ops Assistant (Reign Systems™ / ReignGPT™)

About This Role:
We’re hiring a DM Closer & Support Ops Assistant to help us dominate the AI and automation space.

This is a hybrid sales + operations role for someone who moves fast, thinks strategically, and thrives inside a high-performance, high-accountability brand. You’ll act as a revenue driver and right-hand to the founder, keeping the pipeline hot, the backend tight, and the ---------- ntum moving forward.

Responsibilities:
Send 50–75 outbound DMs daily using proven scripts
Qualify leads and follow up with warm/hot prospects
Close deals async via DM or voice note, or book them into calls
Track convos, objections, and bookings inside Notion CRM
Support client onboarding and GPT build tracking
Organize testimonials, screen recordings, and content proof
Update backend systems and submit daily activity summaries

Role Requirements:
DM-based sales or async closing experience preferred
Clear communication, fast response time, and organized execution
Familiar with Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Must be available to overlap with PST for 3–4 hours/day
Able to start within 1–3 days of being hired
Bonus: Experience supporting creators, founders, or fast-moving online brands

Compensation:
Part-time: 20–30 hrs/week
Net-30 pay structure during onboarding
Performance-based bonuses
Growth path to Revenue Manager or Client Success Lead
