Job Description:
Hi! I’m looking for someone genuine, proactive, and detail-oriented to help manage and grow my personal brand on Instagram.
I run a soul-led online business that empowers women through entrepreneurship, lifestyle design, and personal growth. I need someone who understands the importance of authentic connection and can help me reach the right audience through strategic engagement.
Your Role Will Include:
Following niche-specific accounts from competitor pages and aligned hashtags
Engaging meaningfully with ideal audience profiles: liking posts, commenting, reacting to stories
Starting real conversations in the DMs (no cold spamming!)
Leading warm leads toward booking a discovery call with me
Occasionally tracking engagement, profile growth, and qualified conversations

Who This Role Is Perfect For:
You’re fluent in English and know how to write like a real person, not a bot
You understand Instagram and human connection
You love social media but also understand boundaries and strategy
You know how to be bold but kind in DMs
You’re proactive and enjoy working independently

Availability:
1 to 2 hours per day, Monday–Friday (flexible, based on time zones)
