JOB OVERVIEW

We're a small company seeking an ---------- Windows Forms Developer to join our close-knit team.
This is a remote position where you'll have the opportunity to shape and influence our key technical direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with your fellow developer to design and develop scalable n-tier Windows Forms applications
Take ownership of significant portions of our codebase
Implement and maintain MVC architecture patterns in enterprise applications
Participate in daily virtual standups to discuss progress and challenges
Contribute directly to technical decision-making and architecture planning
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience ---------- Windows Forms development
Strong proficiency in C# ---------- Framework
Strong proficiency in at least one Front-End Webstack
Proven experience building full standards-compliant, scalable n-tier applications
Extensive knowledge of MVC architecture patterns and implementation
Hands-on experience with professional UI control libraries including:

DevExpress


Proficient with version control systems (Git/SVN)
Experience using Jira for project management and issue tracking
Strong understanding of software design patterns and best practices
Excellent self-management skills and ability to work independently
Strong remote communication skills

Desired Skills:

Experience with WPF ---------- MAUI
Experience in any Open Source Web Framework/React, Laraval ETC.
Knowledge of SQL Server and database design
Understanding of RESTful APIs
Experience with automated testing frameworks
Previous remote work experience
Experience in small team environments
