HIRING: Video Editor for YouTube Channel (Long-Term, Remote)

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Video Editor to join our team long-term! You’ll be editing videos for the Kevin Jubbal, MD YouTube channel, which has 1.7M+ subscribers and continues to grow.

Position Details:
- 30 hours per week
- Remote work
- Long-term role
- Work with a collaborative, creative team
- Edit high-quality YouTube videos with high production value


What We’re Looking For:
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions closely
• Reliable and consistent—strong communication and accountability
• Proactive and resourceful—can work independently and solve problems
• Proficient in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong color correction and grading skills
• Experience with Photoshop (for creating thumbnails)
• Fast computer (must handle 4K footage smoothly)
• High-speed internet (for transferring large files)

What Your Workflow Looks Like:
1. Receive raw video and audio footage (we shoot in-studio with 4K cameras + B-roll)
2. Edit a polished, engaging first draft (transitions, B-roll, text, color grading, etc.)
3. Submit 3 thumbnail drafts with your video draft
4. Apply feedback (usually just 1–2 quick rounds of revisions)
5. Final upload is handled by our internal team
