Who You'll Be Selling To:
You’ll be speaking directly to homeowners and renters in Seattle, Washington, who are looking for stress relief and peace of mind. They're busy professionals — parents, tech workers, healthcare leaders — who value time more than anything.

We’re not just selling a cleaning — we’re offering freedom, clarity, and time back to people who desperately need it. Our cleanings typically range from $350 to $800, and we specialize in move-out, deep cleans, and recurring services.

Extra Bonus:
If you’ve ever worked in the home service industry (cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, etc.), you’ll feel right at home here. That background helps you speak the language of our customers and sell with confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Take inbound calls and messages from warm leads who requested quotes

Handle outbound follow-ups to past leads who didn’t book

Do cold outreach via phone and DM to build our local client base

Identify customer needs, pitch our recurring cleaning packages, and close

Book jobs directly into our system and update lead records in GHL

Work hand-in-hand with our ops and marketing teams — you're the closer who brings it home

Schedule Options:
Agent A: Monday–Thursday | 9AM–6PM PST (36 hours/week)

Agent B: Friday–Sunday | 9AM–6PM PST (27 hours/week)

Requirements:
1+ year experience in sales (BPO, appointment setting, or high-ticket closing)

Comfortable making cold calls and driving outreach when needed

Strong English speaking skills and a natural, confident tone

Self-driven and hungry to win — you don’t wait, you make it happen

Laptop or PC, stable internet, and noise-canceling headset

Bonus If You Have:
Experience selling to U.S. homeowners

Familiarity with home services

Past performance in quota-carrying sales roles

Experience using Go High Level CRM
