Job Title: Market Research Analyst (Philippines)
Salary: Php 30,000/monthly with travel allowance
Job type: Contractor (3 months), Hybrid
Job Hours: 8 hours/day

Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in forecasting product demand, especially for wound care products, surgical gloves, and medical consumables.
-Conduct in-depth market research focused on healthcare institutions (e.g., hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers) across the Philippines-Metro Manila.
-Analyze industry trends, government healthcare initiatives, and competitor landscape relevant to medical supplies.
-Generate clear and concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to leadership.
-Identify and profile key decision-makers and procurement officers in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
-Conducting research on competitors and measuring the success of their strategies.
-Using location data to target consumers in specific areas
-Using software to compile and evaluate consumer data.
-Focus on the research of qualitative and quantitative data, which involves customers, competitors, markets, and campaigns.
-Possible full-time employee in a different position once the contract is completed.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, or any related field.
-At least 1–2 years of experience in market research, preferably in the healthcare or medical supply sector.
-Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools.
-Experience with data collection tools (surveys, field interviews, government portals like PhilGEPS).
-Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
-Must be based in Metro Manila and willing to travel locally when required.
-Highly organized and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
