Etsy Product & Marketing Graphic Designer (Photoshop/Illustrator Required)

Graphic Designer for Print Product Mockups & Etsy Listings (Remote – $3/hr)

Paper Bags & Custom Packaging

Wedding Invitations & Event Cards

Business Cards, Menus, Leaflets, Flyers

Laser Engraved Products (wood, acrylic, etc.)

Our main sales channels are Etsy and social media, and we’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to help us produce high volumes of high-quality mockups, designs, and marketing creatives.

???? Role Overview:
This is a volume-based graphic design role, focused on producing daily designs and mockups for both Etsy listings and marketing. You’ll be working with a variety of products and will need to manage a consistent, efficient workflow.

???? Responsibilities:

Design product visuals for:

T-shirts (typographic and illustrated styles)

Packaging (bags, boxes, stickers)

Flyers, menus, posters, and event materials

Laser-engraved items (working with SVG files)

Create realistic product mockups using Photoshop templates

Prepare SVG-ready vector files for laser engraving projects

Create high-quality images for Etsy listings

Design social media creatives (Instagram, Facebook)

Maintain consistent branding and formatting across all materials

Organize files neatly in Google Drive and follow naming conventions

???? Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Photoshop – for mockups and image editing

Strong skills in Illustrator – for vector and print-ready design work

Experience creating or working with SVG files – particularly for laser cutting or engraving

Strong understanding of layout, composition, and commercial design standards

Ability to handle high-volume work efficiently

Good sense of typography, print alignment, and spacing

Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback

? Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

Previous experience designing for Etsy or eCommerce platforms

Familiarity with print production requirements

Experience working with mockup generators or templates

Ability to batch-create variations of designs (color/size combinations, etc.)

???? Pay & Workload:

$3 per hour to start

Opportunity to increase to $3.50/hr and then $4/hr as workload and performance grow

Flexible working hours — expected daily output of 10–20 designs/mockups

Long-term role with consistent weekly tasks

Work remotely from anywhere
