Bilingual (Spanish/English) Remote Virtual Case Manager

The A ---------- Guys, a personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a full-time, remote Virtual Case Manager to join our team.
Case Managers play an integral role in our firm, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role requires exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal), strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
$6.00 USD/hour + bonus opportunities
Full-time (40 hours/week)

Skills & Requirements
Computer Requirements: Macbook Air/Pro atleast 2022 or Windows PC atleast 16GB RAM, Core i5
Dual Monitor Required within 30 days of employment
2+ years of Virtual Assistant (VA) or BPO experience
2+ years of phone support experience with strong verbal communication
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Proactive and able to work independently
Problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Ability to work 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time

Responsibilities
Communicate with clients daily, providing updates and answering any questions regarding their case
Coordinate with medical providers to track treatments and obtain necessary medical records
Follow up with insurance adjusters and other parties involved in the case
Ensure that all case details are accurate and complete, working closely with other departments
Document and maintain case records in an organized and timely manner
Advocate for clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance throughout their case
Manage case timelines and deadlines to prevent any delays in case progress
Provide 5-star customer service with professionalism and confidence
