GHL & AI Marketing Automation Specialist

We're a group of marketers who support a variety of businesses by helping them implement smarter, more automated systems for lead generation and growth. We've been working with Go HighLevel (GHL) for several months and are now ready to scale by integrating more AI tools into the strategies we build and manage. That's where you come in.
As our GHL expert, you'll work closely with us to set up, optimize, and automate marketing processes using GHL. You’ll play a key role in helping us build AI-powered workflows that improve performance and scale across multiple business types.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Setting up and managing GHL for CRM, automation, and marketing campaigns
• Building and optimizing email sequences, landing pages, and funnels
• Creating AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and results
• Collaborating with our team to develop smart/er lead generation strategies
• Tracking data and providing insights to improve campaign performance
• Managing tasks across several client accounts with strong attention to detail
• Staying up to date on GHL updates, AI tools, and digital marketing trends
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience with GHL and a solid understanding of CRM, email marketing, and funnels
• Comfortable with both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Comfortable working with a team during EST business hours (night shift PH)
• Someone who values teamwork, personal growth, and honest communication
Bonus if You Have
• Experience with tools like Zapier, ClickUp, Make, or similar integrations
• Familiarity with integrating third-party platforms into GHL
• Exposure to AI tools, CRO techniques, or analytics platforms
• Certifications or advanced training in GHL or related systems
