About Us:
Johnny Wu is one of California’s top-rated magicians, performing for celebrities, elite weddings, and private events. We’re now looking for a full-time Social Media Growth Strategist & Video Editor to build out our online brand across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.


We don’t care about generic resumes.
If you send a copy/paste portfolio you use for everyone else, we’re deleting it.
We want to see proof:
• Before/after stats from creators you helped grow
• Video examples you edited
• Your content calendar or growth system
• Turnaround time for editing short-form videos


What You’ll Do:
• Research viral trends & formats
• Script out short-form ideas & tell us what to film
• After we film on iPhone (example: this selfie video), you edit it into scroll-stopping content
• Build a 30-day content calendar with hooks, captions, hashtags
• Optimize and ---------- on TikTok, IG, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Track performance, double down on what works


Requirements:
• Real track record growing creators or influencers—show stats
• Fast short-form video editor (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut Pro, etc.)
• Fluent English writing, storytelling, and ---------- instincts
• Strong Wi-Fi and a powerful computer
• Self-starter who can own the content strategy
Live by yourself no partner and kids so you can focus on work.
