Web Developer with AI Skillset – WordPress + AI Automation (Full-Time, Remote)

???? Your Role:
As our AI-Driven Web Developer, you will help redesign and rebuild our websites using WordPress as the base platform. But this isn't just another dev job—we're looking for someone who can integrate AI tools to make the websites smarter, more personalized, and continually improving.

???? Responsibilities:

Redesign and rebuild websites in WordPress using modern UI/UX principles

Implement and customize themes, plugins, and page builders (Elementor, etc.)

Integrate AI tools and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, GPT, Chatbots, analytics)

Develop automated systems for dynamic content generation and updates

Ensure mobile-responsiveness, fast load speeds, and SEO optimization

Create user dashboards, customer portals, or smart booking/request tools

Use AI to enhance on-site search, personalization, and content curation

Maintain and update multiple sites with performance, security, and feature improvements

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to bring ideas to life

? Requirements:

3+ years experience with WordPress development (custom themes/plugins)

Familiarity with modern front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs)

Experience integrating or using AI tools like ChatGPT, OpenAI, Midjourney, or n8n

Understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows

Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n

Ability to connect AI tools with WordPress to automate content, updates, chat, etc.

Strong sense of design, UX, and mobile-first development

Excellent English communication skills

Bonus: Experience with WooCommerce, membership sites, or LMS platforms

? Working Hours:

Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Must overlap at least 4 hours with U.S. Eastern Time
