As we expand, we’re looking for a creative, versatile video editor who understands trends, pacing, and can adapt to a variety of styles while maintaining consistency across client content.

The Role

You’ll work closely with our founder (me), creating engaging short-form and long-form content that ranges from:

???? Social Media Content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
???? Branded Client Videos (Lifestyle, Behind-the-Scenes, Testimonials)
???? Podcast Clips / Thought Leadership
???? Personal Brand & Storytelling Content

You will be responsible for:

Editing raw footage into dynamic, engaging, and on-brand videos
Applying creative editing techniques (motion graphics, text overlays, trendy cuts, etc) while maintaining brand consistency
Emulating different editing styles based on client goals or creative direction
Meeting deadlines reliably with organized file management and communication
Implementing feedback efficiently and collaboratively
What We’re Looking For

? You are a fast editor but also care about quality and storytelling
? You can emulate different styles, while maintaining cohesion across videos
? You are familiar with — or eager to learn — short-form content trends
? You are creative and proactive (you don’t wait to be told every single step)
? You can receive feedback without ego, and enjoy growing your skillset
? You are communicative, organized, and meet deadlines
? Bonus if you have experience with color grading, sound design, and captions
