Royalty Properties is a growing real estate wholesaling company based in Delaware, USA. We specialize in working with distressed property owners and connecting them with real estate investors looking to buy off-market properties. We've been operating for 5 months and are aggressively expanding our lead generation efforts.

We are looking for motivated, reliable, and confident Cold Callers to help us contact homeowners and determine if they’re open to selling their property. You will be the first point of contact and play a vital role in building our lead pipeline.
Make outbound calls using a predictive dialer or manual system

Read from a pre-written script and adjust based on conversation

Qualify leads based on property condition, motivation to sell, and timeline

Collect and record information accurately in our CRM system

Follow up with potential leads when necessary

Communicate and work closely with the Acquisitions Manager
