Virtual Assistant – Social Media + Digital Product Uploads (Part-Time, Long-Term)

We manage multiple faceless social media brands and digital products under the HunterCo Empire, including life insurance, fitness, natural healing, empowerment, children’s content, and more. Our business is scaling quickly and we’re looking for a reliable, creative, and proactive VA to help manage social media and digital product uploads.

? JOB DESCRIPTION:
We’re seeking a low-key but powerful assistant who can help us stay consistent across platforms and keep our digital storefronts and content running smoothly.

Tasks include:
Schedule and post content to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest using Canva templates we provide

Create new graphics using our brand kit (fonts, colors, logos)

Upload and organize digital products to Payhip, Gumroad, or Etsy

Draft simple captions based on past examples or scripts

Manage basic analytics (views, likes, clicks)

Organize Google Drive folders and help track content calendar

Optional: light video editing (for reels or YouTube shorts) using Canva or CapCut

???? SKILLS REQUIRED:
Canva (mandatory)

Familiar with Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook scheduling

Payhip, Etsy, or Gumroad experience is a big plus

Speaks and writes fluent English

Detail-oriented, creative, and self-motivated

Comfortable working on a faceless brand

Able to follow instructions but also take initiative when needed
