JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a skilled and dependable WordPress developer to join us part-time (20 hours/week) to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term position within 1–2 months.

You’ll be working on a growing content platform used by thousands of professionals in the healthcare education space. The site features a range of dynamic content types — including surgical videos, webinars, CME tracking, and partner profiles — so we're looking for someone who’s comfortable handling structured content, creating or editing custom templates, working with ACF, and integrating forms or logic with tools like Gravity Forms. While Elementor is used for many front-end elements, this role involves more than just visual design — you’ll be expected to contribute to backend functionality, troubleshoot issues, and implement scalable solutions as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update WordPress site using Elementor + custom PHP templates

- Manage and improve custom post types (e.g., webinars, partners, news)

- Integrate and style Gravity Forms with conditional logic

- Create and display content using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)

- Work with WPCode Snippets and ---------- p to add custom features

- Manage backups and staging environment (WPEngine or similar)

- Document work clearly

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience with WordPress development

- Strong PHP skills and experience editing templates ( ---------- p, ---------- p, ---------- p)

- Experience creating and managing custom post types (CPTs)

- Experience with ACF (not just editing fields — you’ve created field groups and displayed them via PHP)

- Comfortable with Gravity Forms, including conditional logic and content linking

- Familiar with WPCode Snippets or PHP customization

- Experience managing backups, staging, and plugin issues via WPEngine or similar hosts

- Good written English and ability to document work clearly

If you're looking for reliable, long-term work with growth potential and a supportive team, this role is for you.!
