CRM Management & Website transfer

I would like to hire someone with experience in CRM build and management and website design to initially to transfer an existing website which is based on the Thinkific platform across to my new business CRM (Funnelr) within a 4 week period ready to launch a new 1:many online campaign using LinkedIn Ads and Sales Navigator. If this work is done well, then I would like to consider keeping the right person on the team as a permanent part-time member of staff to help run this side of the business.
