Make outbound calls to homeowners to gauge interest in selling their property.

Follow a structured script to engage potential sellers and gather property details.

Build rapport with property owners and overcome objections.

Accurately input lead details into the CRM system.

Follow up with leads consistently to nurture potential deals.

Collaborate with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth deal transitions.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred (real estate experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and build rapport over the phone.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable using CRM software and call scripts.
