Architectural Drafter

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Drafter with a strong background in apartment and condominium projects, specifically for the U.S. market. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for a skilled professional who has previously worked with U.S.-based architecture firms and understands local standards and codes.


Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed architectural drawings for multi-family residential projects (apartments and condos).
Apply U.S. building codes, standards, and architectural practices.
Collaborate remotely with design and management teams.
Incorporate feedback and revisions promptly and accurately.


Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience drafting for U.S.-based architecture firms.
Demonstrated experience in multi-family residential projects (apartments/condos).
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is a plus).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
